"Finally, inevitably, this force - this entity - would make a breakthrough." Beneath the facade presented in the previous sketch lies Bundy's "entity", which he used to metaphorically describe his dark side, filled with rage. Instead of the center-parted hair seen in the first image, this figure wears a two-horned helmet, continuing the theme of division. The wielded axe is
reminiscent of the oak club Bundy used in Tallahassee and may allude to the dismemberment
of his victims. The image is certainly suggestive of the word "cut". |
